Hairsprays and Mousse

When it comes to hairspray and mousse, you want to make sure you invest in a good product. Many of them are geared towards volumizing or curling, but I prefer to use volumizing for both curly and straight hair. It just adds an extra oomph.

But, just in case you don’t want volumizing mousse and prefer a good hold, I’ll suggest Organix Coconut Milk Weightless Mousse. It keeps your hair styled the way you left the house, and the coconut milk keeps it silky smooth.

If you’re like me and want some volume, though, I love Got2B Fat-tastic Thickening Plumping Mousse. I swear by this stuff sometimes! Simply distribute it evenly (after you shake the bottle up, of course) throughout your hair, and then blow-dry. It holds like a dream. When I curl my hair, I’ll add a little bit after I dry my hair so that the curl sticks better and longer. It makes each curly strand look thicker.

Of course, a good hairspray is vital too. For volume, I pick Big Sexy Hair Spray and Play. Big Sexy Hair is known for their, well, big sexy hair! They just make your entire head look fuller, framing your face in a more elegant way. Simply spritz it on after you style, or lift up your roots and spray on the roots for more “oomph.”
