If your hair is naturally wavy, or you know how to create wavy hair without heat, this hairstyle is for you. This half up and half down hair style looks best if you have some wave or curl in your hair. This hairstyle is so easy, it only takes about three minutes, although the first time you do it, allow extra time.

1. Start with slightly wavy or curled hair. You can learn how to create wavy hair without heat.
2. Take  few small sections of your hair from the crown of your head and tease them for extra volume. Once you are done teasing a section, hairspray the roots of the section and let it hang down in front of your face so that it is easier to tease the rest of you hair. 3. Pull the freshly teased hair back and smooth out the top by gently combing the top only.
4. Pull half of you hair back and twist it once. Push your hair up a little bit at the twist to give it a small pouf.
5. To secure your hair, make a crisscross with bobby pins under the twist you made. You can use as many bobby pins that you need to hold your hair in place. If you prefer, you can use a small clip instead of bobby pins (but a clip is more noticeable than bobby pins)
6. Use hairspray to hold this easy hairstyle in place.
