How to Spice Up Your Hair in Thirty Seconds

You probably have your hair styled already in a way that you love; but, if you’re like me, you get bored! If you feel like doing something different without cutting or coloring your beautiful locks, here are six easy tricks to spice it up.
Flip Your Part!
Since your hair is naturally used to laying a certain way, day in and day out, when you switch your part, your hair will instantly get new volume. It will also frame your face is in a slightly different way, which you may (or may not) love.
If you wear a middle part, switch it to the side; if you use a side part, switch it to the other side! It’s so easy yet rarely do we see women do this little trick.
Bedazzle It
Find some cute hair accessory (a scarf, clip, whatever) and put it in your hair! Choose colors that flatter your hair and skin color for more drama; or choose a dramatic print for eye-catching glam. It’s so easy!
The High Ponytail
Okay, we know a ponytail is such a weak alternative to your hair style, but instead of wearing it at mid-crown or the nape of your neck, put it up high! If you can get it right at the crown of your head, it will look posh instead of cheerleader. Just flip your head over, run a hairbrush to get locks smoothed down, and secure it with a hair band. Add a little clip to make it cute, or back-comb the top inch to add some more “oomph.”
Revive Flat Roots
When your roots get flat mid day, get some sculpting wax (a tiny bit! Just enough to see a little bit of shine) and “scrunch” the roots. Oh, and use a light water-based wax so you don’t weigh hair down too much.
Revive Second-Day Hair
If you don’t have time for a shower and your hair is flat, get some large Velcro rollers and curl up the strands that frame your face. Use a little bit of hairspray, blast with your hair dryer, and wait five minutes (go do your makeup or something). It’ll look like it’s a fresh blow-out all over again.
The Lazy UpDo
Lift up the hair near your crown and tease it with a comb; lightly spritz with hairspray. Gently brush hair back and put up in a high, loose bun (if you let some strands fall out to frame your face, it will look cute and feminine rather than demure).
Hopefully these save the day for any girl in a rush!
