How to Prevent Wrinkles

Wrinkles: we all have them (somewhere) and we all don’t want them to show. But, as we age, they are bound to. So how do we prevent them?
The biggest stem many women overlook is moisturizer and sunscreen. Both of these keep the cells in our skin taut and healthy (imagine how our cars need oil!). Every morning I use a moisturizer with sunscreen (Aveeno’s Radiant Moisturizing lotion) that covers both deals.
Another step: wear sunglasses! Even on cloudy days, sun-rays seep through, which makes you squint. Squinting leads to wrinkles all around the eyes and even on the forehead. Invest in a good dark pair and always keep them on hand.
Sleep on your back: if you sleep on your face, you will make sleep lines, which will turn into wrinkles.
Use under-eye cream. Many of us get wrinkles on the gentle skin under our eyes. It’s a spot that lotion shouldn’t go, unless it is designed for that spot! These anti-wrinkle eye creams must be used regularly to prevent wrinkles; they will not get rid of them.
Try not to use straws or smoke cigarettes. The lip-pursing motion cause wrinkles around the mouth.
Keep these little things in mind every day and your skin will remain beautiful. Remember though: wrinkles is partially genetics, but it’s also 70% due to lifestyle.
